Dubai is set to host the very first Miss Universe UAE, the Miss Universe Organization and Yugen Events declared on Thursday at the Armani Ristorante in Burj Khalifa.
The historical occasion will be held at La Perle in Al Habtoor City, Dubai.
The Miss Universe UAE has named members of the chamber to set up the occasion and the winner for the global show.
The applications and casting for Miss Universe UAE will start from today, October 7, and should be possible through online registration at missuniverseuae.com. All UAE inhabitants between the ages of 18 and 28 can enroll.
All chose candidates will be called for a personal casting call on October 15 at Al Habtoor Palace Hotel. Just 30 candidates, reported on October 20, will progress to the live show at the previously mentioned venue.
In front of the final on November 7, all 30 finalists will contend in several expo activities, for example, photoshoot, runway challenges, commercial shoots, fundamental sports clothing, evening outfit and close door panel interview between October 20 and October 30.
The official winner of Miss Universe UAE will progress to the international stage, the 70th release of the Miss Universe, held in Israel in December, 2021.
The members of the council are Josh Yugen, President and National Director, and the Founder and CEO of Yugen Group and XPEDITION Magazine, Alaf Meky, Head of Charities and Philanthropy, Zel Ali, Head of Compassion and Empowerment, Sharihan Al Mashary, Head of Communications and furthermore the very first female Emirati Hotel GM in the UAE, Maggie Wilson, Creative Consultant and Furne Amato, Head of Creatives, Fashion and Design.
“Miss Universe UAE will be very special to us since it is a portrayal of progress, associated with administration and importance,” said Sharihan Al Mashary, who is also the very first female Emirati Hotel GM in the UAE. “Furthermore, the individual who will address UAE at the Miss Universe, will also address the assistance and the meaning of the country in the beyond 50 years, and in the following 50 years too.”
