Dubai’s real estate sector recorded 6,388 sales transactions in June 2021, worth Dhs14.79bn, as per the sixteenth release of Mo’asher, Dubai’s official sales price index.

As per proprietary Property Finder demand data, the top areas of interest as far as sales transactions for villas/townhouses in Q2 2021 were Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Land, Green Community and Town Square.
With respect to apartments for a similar period, the best areas of interest were Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Meydan, Jumeirah Village Circle and Downtown Dubai.
