The RTA took to Twitter and expressed: “in a joint effort with Dubai Municipality, RTA’s crisis group is managing the downpour impacts at some significant areas like Sheik Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd., Ras Al Khor Rd., Al Khawaneej St., and the work is in progress to reestablish smooth traffic stream.”
