The arranged improvements to three stations on the Dubai Metro network are on course, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has affirmed. The improvements are principally pointed toward taking care of the rising number of riders during busy time and further developing availability for people of assurance and different travelers.
In reacting to questions from media, RTA said the vertical courses (steps, slopes and lifts) at Dubai Marina Station between the Metro and Dubai Tram links, have as of now been finished and they are available to public. In the interim, work has reached 98% finish at Dubai Internet City Station’s ocean side passage case, while work on the land side passageway case at UAE Exchange Station has reached 85% fulfillment.
The improvements incorporate arrangements for foundation essential for reconciliation of various methods of transport just as footpaths, cycle tracks and racks, the RTA added.
“Dubai Marina Tram Station was opened to the public before the finish of May this year. It is normal that the Dubai Internet City and UAE Exchange Stations will open to the public before the finish of the second from last quarter of this current year,” RTA proceeded.
