Roads and bridges to the new mall in Dubai are now 90 percent complete

The roads and bridges prompting Al Khail Avenue Mall, the new shopping and relaxation objective at Jumeirah Village Triangle, are presently 90% complete.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said the development would be finished before the finish of the principal half of 2021, and the bridges would be opened as the mall is inaugurated.

Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the RTA, said the new roads and bridges give “direct passage and leave focuses” to the parking of the mall.

They are connected to Al Khail and Mohammed Bin Zayed Roads.

The venture covers the development of roads broadening 2,153 meters and three bridges extending 1,250 meters.

“The principal connect broadens 389 meters, the second traverses 670 meters and the third one stretches 191 meters,” said Al Tayer.

“The three bridges give direct section and leave focuses to Al Khail Avenue from and to Al Khail Road in the two ways. The leave focuses can likewise prompt Zabeel, and Sheik Mohammed bin Zayed Road (in the headings of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and different Emirates).”

The bridges improve the section/leave points of the Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) and the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) along Al Khail Road.

Al Khail Avenue has a zone of around 2 million sq. ft. and highlights 350 stores, food courts, diversion offices and a film complex with 14 theaters.
